eSafe Demo

What is this demo?

This downloadable demo creates a simulation of a real eSafe installation. It will allow you to select specific components, see the relevant diagrams, and view all the possible configurations and settings.

How to run it?

1. First download and save the demo file.
2. Run the econsole_demo.exe file and click "Setup". The demo will not install on your system but rather, temporarily extract the necessary files and delete them when you finish using them.
3. On the first manager screen you will be requested to select one of the simulated eSafe installations.
   
   
   
   You can select from:
   • eSafe Gateway NitroInspection
   • eSafe Gateway CVP
   • eSafe Gateway Forwarding Proxy
   • eSafe Web NitroInspection
   • eSafe Web for ICAP
   • eSafe Web Forwarding Proxy
   • eSafe Mail
   • eSafe MCSG for WAP Gateway
   • eSafe MCSG for MMS
   
   
   The Operation Monitor window appears which displays traffic passing through the selected eSafe machine.
   
   
   
   
4. From the menu bar, select Options > Configuration to view and explore all the configuration options.
   
   
   
   
5. Select Options > Report to view a sample activity report.
   
   
   
   
6. Select Options > Quarantine to view email that was placed in quarantine due to viruses/vandals or spam.
